We at Pilates 32 advise you to consult your doctor, physician or other medical professional for their discretion before starting any new exercise program, especially one designed to help eradicate back pain and deal with issues of posture and the spine. If you have any concerns regarding medical history and previous injuries, please consult your doctor also. The questionnaire on the left, provides some self checks you can assess yourself against so you can determine your readiness for this type of activity.
