An example of what to do to prepare for Pilates

This short video is a great tutorial of how to prepare for a Pilates workout. It aims to mobilise each joint in the body to prepare it for exercise. Although there are limitless things you can do for a warm up, it is important to do something simple, easy, progressive and appropriate to the exercise we are about to do.
